I’ve wanted to paint Eowyn for years. She is one of my favorite characters, despite her mooning over Aragorn. She knew what she wanted to do, what she wanted to experience, and she didn’t let others tell her she couldn’t do it. She ended up one of, if not THE, biggest heroes in the entire story. Here is the final preliminary drawing of Eowyn for an oil painting I’m starting. I’ll record the progress of that painting as I go.
