Messing around with some designs for Manwë and Varda. I like the idea of their outfits having sort of Slavic influences, somehow it makes them feel more majestic.

Varda and Manwë for Day 6 of Inktober! I usually edit these photos more to make them brighter and get rid of the tint, but I kind of like it on these two.
The reason I drew Manwë with his back turned definitely isn’t because I haven’t decided how his face looks yet. Definitely. It was clearly an intentional compositional choice.
Finals aren’t done yet, but here is Varda. I’ll probably come back to her at some point and add more stuff, maybe a crown or something…. but I have a bunch of other projects that I want to work on, and she’s become a bit of a block for me.
Also, sorry for the bad photo quality, I don’t have my actual camera with me. Finding it is on my list of things to do over the winter break. Its probably in my parents garage or my closet.
